How fast do you reply to requests?
Via the form and e-mail — within 4 working hours. By phone — always during working hours (9–18). For emergencies (existing clients) — a 24/7 duty line with a 15-minute response.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. A 30-minute call or video meeting — free and with no obligations. In that time we understand your situation, explain what we can offer, and decide together whether it is worth talking further.
Do you serve clients outside Riga?
Yes, all of Latvia. On-site services — Riga and the surrounding area. For other regions — remote support, resolving 99% of questions without a site visit.
Do I have to sign a contract right away?
No. Most clients start with a trial period (usually one month), then sign a long-term contract. For one-off jobs we also work per call-out.
Which language can we use?
Latvian, Russian or English — all three equally well. Our team has speakers of each.
