This privacy policy explains what personal data ITAXESS SIA processes on this website, why, and what rights you have.

2. What data we process

There is one place on this website where you give us your data — the request form on the «Contacts» page. When you submit it, we receive:

• your name and surname;
• company name;
• position (if provided);
• e-mail address;
• phone number (if provided);
• the selected topic and number of employees (if provided);
• your message;
• confirmation of your consent to data processing.

In addition, the IP address and the date and time of submission are recorded automatically. This is needed to protect the form from automated abuse.

Like any web server, ours automatically records requests in technical logs — IP address, time, the address opened and the browser name. These logs serve the operation and security of the website, are not used for profiling and are deleted after a period.

Nothing else is collected: there is no visitor analytics, no advertising tracking, no social media pixels, no comments and no user accounts.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to answer your request and, if both sides wish, to continue the conversation about working together.

• Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — you fill in the form and confirm your consent yourself. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@itaxess.lv.
• Steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — where your request concerns possible cooperation.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — website security and protection against abuse (IP address and timestamp).

We do not send marketing campaigns and do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as it is needed for the conversation and possible cooperation, and delete it when it is no longer needed. If cooperation begins, retention is governed by the agreement signed and by statutory requirements (for accounting documents — the period set by law).

You can ask us to delete your request at any time — write to info@itaxess.lv.

Please note: deleted data may remain for some time in the website’s backup copies, which are made for technical safety.

5. Who has access

Only ITAXESS employees who need it to handle your request have access. In addition, the data is technically processed by our service providers:

• Hetzner Online GmbH — the website server (data is physically located in Finland, European Union);
• Google — company e-mail (Google Workspace), where the request message is delivered; processing is governed by Google’s data processing terms.

The website server and the data stored on it are located in the European Union. We do not share the data with anyone else, except where required by law.

6. Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

• be informed what data about you is processed, and to receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• request deletion;
• request restriction of processing or object to it;
• withdraw consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
• receive your data in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).

To exercise these rights, write to info@itaxess.lv. We reply within one month.
