Cloud services and migration
Moving your data and applications to the cloud, managing cloud infrastructure, and optimising costs.
What server management includes
24/7 monitoring
CPU, RAM, disks, network and services under constant watch. Alerts to your phone whenever something drifts out of the norm.
Updates and patches
Security fixes within 7 days of release. Planned reboots outside working hours.
Configuration and tuning
Initial setup, performance tuning, capacity planning for growth.
Security hardening
Hardening based on CIS Benchmarks. Firewall configuration, SSH keys, audit logs.
Backup integration
Server backups run together with our data protection service. One contract, one contact.
Capacity reports
Monthly report: how the services are performing, what should be improved, and when it is time to scale up.
How we work
Inventory
We map out which servers you have, where, and what role each plays. We identify risks and priorities.
Stabilisation
First 30 days — we set up monitoring and close the most urgent security gaps.
Optimisation
Tuning, alert configuration, and automation.
Day-to-day management
Proactive monitoring, monthly reports, quarterly strategy review.
Servers we work with
Companies with on-premise servers
Classic on-premise infrastructure — file server, AD, databases. We maintain it, you do your work.
Hybrid infrastructure
Some servers on-premise, some in the cloud (Azure, AWS). Unified management from a single dashboard.
Companies after a cloud migration
The move from on-premise to Azure/AWS is done — now you need someone who knows what to do with it all.
Frequently asked questions
Will cloud migration interrupt our day-to-day work?
No. We plan and carry out the migration in stages, doing most of the work in the background, so your team barely notices the switch.
How long does a full migration take?
It depends on the scope — usually from a few weeks to several months. We always give you a clear timeline before we start, so you know what to expect.
Will our data be safe in the cloud?
Yes. We use encryption at rest and in transit, along with the certified security standards of the leading cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
What if we have legacy systems that "must not be touched"?
We understand — the reasons vary. Sometimes it is security or compliance, but often the system simply works, and upgrading or moving it would be costly and risky. In such cases we never force a full cloud migration. Instead we offer a hybrid approach: those systems stay in your local infrastructure or an isolated network exactly as they are, while the rest of your processes move safely to the cloud. You get the benefits of the cloud where it makes sense, without putting at risk what already works well.
Which cloud should we choose: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
The answer depends on your company’s specifics and needs — although both are cloud services, they differ in nature and are only partly comparable. Our approach: we never offer a universal "this one is best" answer. First we assess your current infrastructure, the way your team works and your long-term goals — and only then recommend the solution that genuinely fits your situation, not the one that is easiest for us to sell.
Is the cloud suitable for small and medium businesses, or only large ones?
The cloud is even more rewarding for small and medium businesses — you get enterprise-grade infrastructure without the large upfront investment it would normally require.
