Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which is better?

They are different. Microsoft 365 is stronger in Excel/Word functionality and broader enterprise security. Google Workspace is simpler, better at real-time collaboration, smoother on mobile. We never push either — we help you choose based on your real needs.

Does the e-mail stay mine if I leave?

Yes. The domain and data belong to you. Workspace can be exported at any moment with Google Takeout.

Does it work with Outlook?

Yes — Gmail can be added to Outlook via IMAP/SMTP. But we recommend the Gmail web and mobile apps — the functionality is broader.

Does the data stay in the EU?

Google Workspace data is stored globally with redundancy. For European customers — mostly in EU data centres (Belgium, Finland, Netherlands). GDPR compliant, with the standard Data Processing Amendment.

How long does the rollout take?

For small companies (up to 20 people) — 3–7 days. Larger ones — 2–4 weeks with planned migration and training.
