Our story
ITAxess was founded in Riga in 2010 as a small team of IT specialists. Our first clients were local businesses and creative agencies who valued our ability to work equally professionally with both Apple Mac and Windows environments. From day one, our goal has been to provide reliable, understandable, high-quality IT support.
Today we have grown into a full-service IT company providing solutions to clients in Latvia and abroad. We look after IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity and cloud services — helping businesses work securely, efficiently and without unnecessary worries.
Our approach has not changed — we speak plainly, offer solutions that are genuinely needed, and build long-term partnerships. We believe a good IT partner doesn’t just fix problems, but helps prevent them before they appear.

Where we work
Our office is in Riga, but our clients reach much further. Day to day we provide remote IT support to companies in Latvia and abroad, and when hands-on help is needed, we travel to the client wherever they are.
